Having been born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim knows and understands the local housing market and economy. He chose the Antioch/Brentwood area to live and work because of the growth opportunities for the area affords for many families. The area has a vibrant economy, easy access to the Bay Area, Central Valley and Sacramento. Tim enjoy many amenities the area offers, including the Napa wine country, water sports on the Delta and nearby lakes and participating in local charities. Tim makes time to volunteer for the San Francisco Aids Foundation each year by riding his bike 565 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles. You can support Tim this summer for the AIDS/Lifecycle 9 bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles this June 6 - June 12, 2010.
